Why we assess the whole face before touching a syringe

A line on the face is rarely a local problem. Volume loss in the midface changes how the lower face folds; a heavy brow changes how the forehead moves. Treating the visible crease without reading the structure underneath is how results end up looking corrected rather than rested.

Every plan here begins with a seated assessment in natural light. We look at proportion, at how light falls across the cheek, at how the face moves through a full range of expression. Only then do we decide what — if anything — should be treated first.

That order matters. Support before surface, structure before smoothing. It usually means fewer product units over a year, not more, because each treatment is doing the job it is actually suited to.

You leave the first appointment with a written plan and a sequence, not a single invoice. Some of that plan may be staged across six months. Some of it may be skincare rather than injectable. The goal is a face that reads well as a whole, in motion, to the people who see you every day.
