Dermal Fillers

Hyaluronic acid placed for structure and proportion — lips, cheeks, jawline and under-eye.

Filler replaces the structural volume that flattens with age. Placement follows the underlying anatomy: support first, surface second, so the face reads lifted rather than filled.

What it treats

  • Midface and cheek flattening
  • Lip shape, definition and hydration
  • Jawline and chin definition
  • Nasolabial folds and marionette lines
  • Under-eye hollowing, where anatomy allows
  • Temple hollowing

What to expect

  1. 01

A full-face assessment and a written plan before any product is opened.

  2. 02

Topical numbing, then cannula or needle placement depending on the area.

  3. 03

Immediate visible change, with swelling settling over seven to fourteen days.

  4. 04

A review appointment to confirm symmetry once swelling has resolved.

Aftercare

Expect swelling and the possibility of bruising for up to a week. Avoid heat, alcohol and strenuous exercise for forty-eight hours. Most results last nine to eighteen months depending on the product and area.

Who it suits

Patients with volume loss or asymmetry who want a conservative, staged result rather than a single large session.
